While driving your exotic car rental Philadelphia you are going to have to abide by the driving rules of the state of Pennsylvania. As long as you have a valid driver's license from another state or an international driving permit, you are allowed to drive for up to one year in the state. Those who are planning to drive for longer that a year will have to obtain a Pennsylvania Drivers license.

It is very important that all drivers and front seat passengers wear seat belts, and that all children under the age of eight be buckled into a federally-approved safety seat belt system no matter where they ride in a motor vehicle-front or back seat. Drivers are responsible for securing children into an approved child passenger restraint system. Although it is not required by law that those in the back seat (unless they are a child) wear a seat belt, it is highly recommended, especially in the more dangerous driving conditions of the winter months.
